Cin7 Core: Implementation, Support and Training
Hi, I am Scott, co-founder of SFT Consulting and Cin7 Implementation Consultant. I bring over 30 years of diverse experience in the IT industry, ranging from programming and consulting to project management and software implementation. I am a Certified Implementor and Certified Preferred Partner of Cin7 with multiple implementations under my belt.
I believe Cin7 is a good choice for early stage CPG company. It is cost effective, does not take a long time to implement and fairly easy to manage. Cin7 constantly comes out with cool new innovations, which I love sharing with my clients. There is also a great choice of ad-ons and apps which integrate with Cin7 for additional functionality.
Here is how I approach implementation process:
- I learn about your existing solution for PO and Inventory Management and existing workflow;
- We discuss your business, operations, fulfillment solutions, to make sure Cin7 is a good fit
- I suggest a workflow and setup that I believe will work best for your business and your team
- I create a implementation road map
- After implementation is completed, I train all stakeholders on new SOPs and how to use Cin7
- I offer post-implementation support, so I am always available in case you have any issues or questions
